We strive to provide you our dear clients the best cut meats as possible, but in our own little way of contributing to our community, we prefer to support our local meat vendors, so please bear with us if some cuts are not that uniform from the others, rest assured that the process, the taste, love and passion in making each ONGCHON is the same.
